The breathtaking The Great Gatsby ballet is a tribute to glamour, passion, and the effervescent energy of the 1920s. Bringing F. Scott Fitzgerald’s classic novel vividly to life, the ballet arrives at Finlandia Hall in Helsinki on Saturday, March 21, 2026. It transports the audience into the world of Art Deco elegance, sparkling jazz-infused parties, and deep, powerful emotions.

An international creative team unites high-level dance, cutting-edge innovation, and daring artistry. World-class dancers from leading theatres embody the emotions and intensity of the story through movement that captivates every spectator. The ballet’s iconic characters make the magic of The Great Gatsby shine in a way never seen before.

The choreography is by Dwight Rhoden, founder and artistic director of Complexions Contemporary Ballet (USA) and one of today’s most sought-after choreographers, known for his expressive and profound works.

The evocative music is composed by Konstantin Meladze and Yurii Shepeta, whose score infuses the production with drama and a unique atmosphere.
